DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Nutritional guidance is included in your Personal Training plan, however a customized diet plan is outside of my scope of practice and therefore not provided.
DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
